How long have you been in business?
We have been selling on ebay for over 10 years. When we relocated to Tokyo, Japan we started FromJapan2u and been a powerseller ever since.
What shipping methods do you use?
We usually ship by SAL which takes approx 2-4 weeks unless otherwise listed differently in our item descriptions. AIR (7-10 days) or EMS (4-7 days) shipping is also available for an additional fee.
With smaller, lighter items (eye drops etc) we use AIR
Can I track my orders?
Unfortunately tracking is not available for SAL or AIR shipments. EMS shipping includes tracking and insurance.
Rest assured, we strive to build our customer base and would never do anything to jeopardize a valued customer or repeat customer.
Do you offer any discounts if I order in large quantities?
This we usually decide on a case by case basis. We do however offer an immediate 5% discount on any item(s) that we carry in our ebay store if you purchase them here. More info about this can be found in the "about" link at the bottom of this page.
